About the Role As Senior Manager of Supply Chain Strategy, you will design and implement future‑ready operating models, leveraging analytics, technology, and process innovation to enhance efficiency, agility, and collaboration across Gap Inc.’s global supply chain.
You will partner across brands and functions—including Product Creation, Technology, Sourcing, Logistics, and Finance—to define strategic priorities, operationalize transformation initiatives, and deliver measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do Strategic Leadership and Transformation
Support the development of Long‑Range Plans and Annual Operating Plans for the Global Supply Chain
Develop and drive key elements of the Supply Chain Strategy roadmap, focusing on end‑to‑end capability building
Provide perspective on best‑in‑class retail supply chain practices
Process Optimization and Operational Excellence
Design and implement operational frameworks, governance models, and performance metrics
Support documentation and implementation of new process changes across supply chain and product creation functions
Provide perspective on best‑in‑class retail supply chain practices
Program Management and Change Management
Manage cross‑functional engagement to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and milestones
Develop executive‑level status updates and proactive mitigation plans for risks
Drive enterprise‑wide change management, including rollout, training, and communication plans
Who You Are
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of experience in retail supply chain, apparel development, or management consulting with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
Strong strategic thinker and problem solver able to distill complex topics into clear insights
Deep experience across end‑to‑end process spectrum: process design, operational frameworks, capability building, and large‑scale implementation
Highly analytical, able to interpret large data sets
Skilled communicator with proven ability to influence senior executives and drive cross‑functional alignment
Strong project and change management capabilities, leading initiatives from concept to execution
Experience with or interest in leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and decision‑making
