Our company is looking for an experienced Book-Keeper/Accounting Manager with excellent attention to detail who works well with a high-energy team in a fast-paced environment. We require a financial expert who can monitor internal control systems and make necessary changes to help increase efficiency. You'll be responsible for reconciling general ledger accounts, managing multiple companies, and receiving and disbursing payments to and from clients, contractors, and agents.

$35,000 - $60,000 yearly Responsibilities:
Analyze all statements, balance sheets, income, and expense accounts to guarantee accuracy and recommend adjustments that would increase profitability
Assess a list of daily revenue activity to ensure accountability, balance general ledger accounts, and fix any discrepancies or problematic accounts
Execute payroll audits monthly and provide paychecks to all employees
Manage all phases of accounts payable invoicing, as well as manage and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable
Produce monthly forecasts and annual budgets to assist the day-to-day accounting procedures and operations
Qualifications:
Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software, such as Quickbooks
Must be well-versed in generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Superior customer service skills, math skills, relationship skills, and communication skills are preferred
3+ years of experience in business bookkeeping/accounting
