Director, Investment Sales and Finance

Location: New York City Metropolitan Area (Hybrid – some remote work acceptable)

Job Type: Full-Time / Hybrid

MCS is actively seeking experienced Investment Sales professionals to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in the Commercial Real Estate industry, possess a solid understanding of both Real Estate and Finance , and thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and grow your own investment sales book while collaborating with a seasoned team of professionals.

• Source and develop new leads for off-market commercial real estate investment opportunities
• Identify and engage potential buyers for commercial assets
• Manage and grow your book of business in investment sales
• Collaborate with team members on transactions and business development strategies
• Maintain and organize a robust sales pipeline to ensure timely deal closures
• Contribute to strategic planning and team leadership, with potential to lead junior staff

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field (in-progress degrees will be considered )
• Demonstrated experience and success in Sales , particularly Investment Sales
• Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals and financial analysis
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and market trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with the New York City real estate market is a strong plus
• Proven ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Experience in the investment or financial services industry is a plus
