What You'll Do

The North America Financial Planning and Analysis Team (FP&A) focuses on developing content expertise, critical business analytics, strategy development, and financial projections in partnership with senior leaders across North America. As a Senior Financial Analyst you will work collaboratively with the broader finance team and business leaders, engaging with senior stakeholders such as the North America CFO, System Finance Leaders, and the broader Leadership Team.

  • Design and deliver capacity performance reporting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and comparative analysis to benchmarks that drive business decisions.
  • Partner with system finance leaders and internal functions on capacity outlook and provide decision support to bring thoughtful solutions to data requests.
  • Create and drive the adoption of improved financial processes and policies through collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups to promote best practices across functions.
  • Adapt to changing business needs, and take on additional projects and responsibilities as required.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Math; MBA or Master’s degree a plus.
  • 3–5 years finance‑related experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate, iterate, and influence.
  • Ability to synthesize large datasets, develop and pressure‑test comprehensive analysis, and inform business decisions.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power Query, advanced data modeling, Business Objects, Workday, Tableau, and SAP a plus.

Compensation

Total compensation includes a base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market‑leading benefits package.

Base salary range: $103,000 – $127,000.

Discretionary bonus up to 12% of base salary; retirement contribution starting at 5% and moving to 10% after 2 years.
