Must Have This Experience for Consideration

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in fixed income financing, repo trading, treasury operations, or cash management
  • Working proficiency with either Python or VBA while at a company within the financial industry. This does not include internships or project based educational work; it must have been done professionally
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure

Summary

A growing investment management firm is seeking a detail-oriented Repo Trading Analyst to join its Treasury team. This newly created position supports expanding fixed income and financing operations. Reporting to the Head of Repo Finance, the role focuses on daily repo trading, liquidity optimization, and cash management. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and offers strong exposure to senior investment personnel and external counterparties.

Informational Details

  • Base Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000
  • Bonus includes 10% annual bonus plus a 12% profit‑sharing contribution
  • Benefits include healthcare, dental, and vision plans. 401(K) with company match, and more
  • Work set‑up: On‑Site Monday-Friday
  • Location: Boston, MA

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, execute, and manage repo trades across fixed income product groups to optimize liquidity
  • Forecast and manage daily cash requirements, ensuring target balances are maintained
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Broker/Dealer community
  • Monitor counterparty exposure, funding market conditions, and corporate action events
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external counterparties to ensure accurate calculations and efficient trade flow
  • Communicate funding, market, and counterparty developments to traders, portfolio managers, and analysts

Nice‑to‑Have Experience

  • Experience in asset management, hedge funds, or broker‑dealer funding operations
  • Exposure to cash forecasting, counterparty monitoring, or liquidity analytics
  • Experience automating processes within treasury or financing functions
