We are seeking a Director, of Integrated Investment to join our team. You will partner with internal teams and digital media vendors to execute performance media strategies, including direct investments with a focus on gaming and performance clients.

You will be a strategic executor who bridges the gap between business goals and media innovation, driving growth through performance media while building strong vendor relationships and optimizing investment across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and lead direct investments with digital media partners (i.e. negotiate and manage direct buys, publisher relationships, custom inventory deals) in addition to social channels.
  • Architect and execute performance-driven media strategies for gaming and commerce clients, driving metrics like user acquisition, LTV, ROI, and revenue growth.
  • Translate business objectives (e.g. new game launches, monetization goals, user-retention targets) into media plans and channel-level strategies.
  • Monitor performance daily and align outcomes with client KPIs and overarching business metrics.
  • Work across channels : search, social, programmatic, to optimize budgets, pacing, and “cross-channel” synergies (e.g. search + programmatic coordination).
  • Serve as the direct point of contact for performance conversations with client VPs or senior stakeholders; present holistic performance narratives, optimization rationale, and trade-offs.
  • Use data and advanced analytics to guide media decisions, refine strategies, and validate investment.
  • Simplify complex media metrics and insights into business-level storytelling and decision support.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media vendors, platforms, and publishers (especially in gaming/digital media ecosystems), securing added value, beta access, favorable pricing, etc.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends (e.g. emerging ad formats, privacy changes, attribution innovations) and ensure these are incorporated into strategy and execution.
  • Track, manage, and report deliverables across internal teams and external partners, ensuring accountability and timely execution (e.g. via project management tools).
  • Mentor and coach junior media investment associates or managers; share best practices, encourage continuous learning, and ensure quality execution.
  • Escalate risks and issues early, and work with leadership to align on mitigation plans.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • ~5–8 years of media investment experience (or adjacent roles), with direct experience in programmatic , paid search (SEM) , and social media advertising .
  • Gaming industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience executing direct media investments (publisher buys, custom + preferred deals, direct partner relationships).
  • Experience working with gaming, entertainment, or digital media clients is highly desirable.
  • Track record driving performance and growth (e.g. ROI, ROAS, LTV, user acquisition) for clients with measurable business goals.
  • Comfortable translating between “media speak” (e.g. CPM, bid, pacing) and business speak (e.g. revenue, margins, ROI).
  • Well informed about the current and future trends, in technology, gaming and media - and able to hold insightful discussions about the gaming industry
  • Negotiation and vendor-management skills: ability to secure premium inventory, favorable rates, or custom value-adds.
  • Familiarity with measurement and attribution tools (e.g. Google Analytics, data management platforms, media measurement/attribution systems).
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and nimble: works well in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
