Senior Tax Manager
We are partnering with a leading global organization to recruit a highly experienced Senior Tax Manager. The Senior Tax Manager will play a critical role in managing ASC 740 tax provision accounting, navigating the evolving regulatory landscape, driving process enhancements, and supporting all facets of the tax compliance function. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge and proven leadership in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and review of ASC 740 tax provision calculations and disclosures
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and strategic planning
- Support global tax compliance activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and external auditors
- Leverage tax technology tools such as OneSource or equivalent software to optimize processes
Qualifications
- CPA designation required
- 8-10+ years of progressive experience in tax, with a strong focus on tax provision
- Extensive experience with OneSource or similar tax provision software
- Prior experience with Big 4 public accounting strongly preferred
- Proven experience working with large, publicly traded global companies
- Strong track record of career progression and professional stability
