Job Title: Data Management Analyst Location: Hybrid Schedule: 8–5 CST Start Date: Mid‑January Position Overview The Data Management Analyst supports enterprise‑wide master data processes, ensuring upstream and downstream alignment during the Oracle ERP transition. This includes coordinating stakeholders, executing updates, and validating system impacts. Job Responsibilities Execute full‑cycle master data updates (A–Z) Coordinate meetings and stakeholder discussions Update systems and communicate downstream impacts Maintain data accuracy and governance across platforms Support Oracle migration data readiness activities Document processes and maintain audit trails Escalate issues as needed to leadership Qualifications Experience with enterprise data management Strong organizational and communication skills Oracle experience preferred Ability to manage cross‑functional communication Benefits & Perks Medasource offers competitive medical, dental, vision, Health Savings Account, Dependent Care FSA, and supplemental coverage with plans that can fit each employee’s needs.
