Responsibilities
- Educate customers on financing solutions
- Manage a large pipeline of loans
- Originate and sell loan packages, including counseling with customers at their homes and offices
- Engage in marketing and business development activities, including calling on real estate agents, brokers, and financial advisors
- Provide information about the loan application process
- Oversee customer interactions and coordinate with Realtors and Processors to ensure smooth transactions
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Dedicated to personal and professional growth
- Active NMLS license
- Minimum 2 years of self-generated mortgage origination experience
- Knowledge of basic loan programs and structuring
- Willingness to grow and be coachable with industry-leading leadership
Must pass a criminal background check. If working from home, must have reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload).
