Delphi Healthcare has partnered with rural/critical access hospitals to seek a dedicated and skilled Emergency Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team in Carthage, NY. Our hospital serves a close-knit community and emphasizes work-life balance, making it ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. We offer: W2 or 1099 employment options Flexible schedule Benefits including $200 - $220/hour, malpractice coverage, and $25,000 FEA Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition. Stabilize critically ill or injured patients and perform life-saving interventions as needed, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and support staff. Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care. Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) documenting patient history, treatment, and outcomes. Follow hospital and departmental protocols to ensure patient safety and quality care. Qualifications: MD or DO degree. Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM). Active medical license in New York. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
