a BC/BE Family Medicine physician
to join our established MercyOne Kimball Family Medicine
in Waterloo, Iowa. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice at a single, well-established clinic with a robust patient foundation and the support of a leading integrated health system.

Join team of 3 physicians and 1 APP
4.5-day workweek for excellent work-life balance
Call: 1:4 with nurse triage only; no hospital call
Single practice location; no hospital rounds
Virtual visits and telehealth supported
Shared location with pediatric care

Modern clinic with on-site lab and imaging

Compensation and Benefits
2-year income guarantee of $290,191 per year plus production incentives & longevity bonuses
$150,000 Bonus Package
Moving allowance up to $15,000
Employer paid Malpractice and Tail coverage
Health insurance is a shared premium with 3 plan options
2 Dental and 2 Vision plans to choose from with employer shared premium
Employer paid Short Term Disability with option to purchase Long Term Disability at minimal cost
