Locums - Worcester, Massachusetts Hematology/Oncology Opportunity
A facility in Worcester, MA is seeking Hematology/Oncology locum coverage with an ASAP start for a 6-12 month assignment. This role offers a flexible weekday schedule with clinic and call responsibilities in an outpatient-focused setting.
Coverage Details:
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6-12 months
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3-5 days per week
Must be able to cover at least 3-4 days weekly
Clinic hours with after-hours call
Practice Setting & Responsibilities:
Outpatient clinic setting
Admissions required
Rounding responsibilities
Assigned and unassigned patients
No procedures or surgeries
Volume & Call:
Clinic patients per day: 15-18
Rounding: approximately 5 patients
Call volume: 10 calls while on call
Hospital stroke certified
Qualifications:
Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
Active Massachusetts license required
ACLS and BLS required
EMR: Clinic uses ONCO EMR; hospital uses Cerner
