Coverage Need Details

Interventional Radiology coverage needed for daytime procedures and possible diagnostic reading. Typical shifts are 7:30/8:00AM through 4:30/5:00 PM.

IR Procedures all day, possible reading diagnostic exam between cases

No weekends or on call coverage.


Other Specialties Available On-Site

All surgical specialties; IR physician will work closely with RRA/RPAs who also do procedures.


APP Mid-level coverage available

IR physician may have to act as a supervisor for the onsite RRAs/RPAs who have decades of experience in radiology.

  • Lung and renal ablations
  • AAA endo stents
  • Renal vascular stents
  • Embolizations
  • IVC removals
  • Percutaneous gastrostomy tubes
