Established and growing private equity‑backed company in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Director of FP&A to join its growing team. Working closely with the Executive team, this opportunity allows you to make a true impact on the growth trajectory. Responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, conducting complex scenario analysis, leading M&A due diligence and integration support, and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for reporting to senior leadership. Responsibilities
Build and maintain complex financial models, conduct scenario analyses, lead M&A due diligence and integration support, and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis reported to senior leadership.
Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field – REQUIRED
- Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance – preferred
- CPA and/or MBA – preferred
- 8–15 years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A roles
- Experience leading the FP&A function in a private‑equity‑backed company
- Hands‑on experience building financial models from scratch
- Advanced Excel skills – required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
