Job Summary
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) provides scientific and technical support to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs) within a specific therapeutic area. The MSL collaborates with the sales team to develop educational programs, provide scientific information about Bio-Rad’s products and services, and support the advancement of scientific understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide scientific and technical support to HCPs and KOLs in the designated therapeutic area.
- Develop and implement educational programs and materials for healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
- Disseminate scientific information on Bio-Rad’s products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Stay informed of the latest scientific and medical developments in the therapeutic area.
- Represent Bio-Rad at scientific conferences and meetings.
Qualifications
- PhD or MD in a relevant scientific field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a medical science liaison role.
- Strong understanding of the therapeutic area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel.
