Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support to clients ranging from individuals to family offices, financial advisors, funds, and institutional investors, ensuring timely, friendly, and accurate responses to a wide variety of questions with a goal of client satisfaction.
  • Support financial advisors and high-net-worth clients through the subscription and onboarding processes with a focus on successful client outcomes.
  • Assist portfolio managers by answering questions on investment logistics, including confirming receipt of wires on trade days.
  • Join calls or meetings with potential clients to discuss onboarding or product-related questions with the sales team.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technology teams to optimize the investing user experience and help build internal software tools.
  • Maintain materials and records, including updating the firm-wide DDQ and client database.
  • Wear many hats, contribute to multiple projects, and adapt to the needs of a growing organization.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or another business field is a possibility but not required.
  • 3+ years of Client Service or Investor Relations experience in Financial Services, Asset Management, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable using software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with clarity, coherence, and professional tone.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities; able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with teams and clients to foster professional partnerships and deliver best outcomes.
  • Willingness to learn topics in a rapidly evolving space and enthusiasm for crypto.
  • High-energy, positive, caring, deliberate, self-aware, curious, and open-minded; proactive in pursuing goals and sharing ownership when appropriate.

Compensation note

The 2025 annual salary and bonus range is $120,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will consider experience, skills, and qualifications.
