Cromatic is a venture-backed TechBio company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are building AI that turns data-> signals -> revenue for sales leaders in life sciences companies.

We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive for a full-time, hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, withflexibility for remote work. The successful candidate will perform day-to-day sales activities, lead generation, newbusiness development, business planning, and account management.

The Role

  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement new business strategies to drive growth
  • Implement and conduct outbound sales using various channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Contribute to business planning and market analysis
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of work experience in sales
  • Proven track record in meeting sales quotas
  • Deep understanding of SaaS go-to-market strategies and effective customer engagement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Is a storyteller
  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
  • Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary environment with cross-functional teams
