About Our Practice

We are a well-established, team‑oriented multi‑specialty dental office providing high‑quality care in periodontics, orthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and general dentistry. Our practice combines advanced technology with a warm, patient‑centered environment. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support our team.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable assisting across multiple specialties. You will work closely with our periodontist, orthodontist, oral surgeon and general dentists to help deliver exceptional clinical care and a great patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting for periodontal surgeries, scaling procedures, implant placements, orthodontic adjustments, oral surgery set up and procedures and general dentistry treatments
• Preparing, sterilizing, and maintaining instruments and operatories
• Taking high‑quality digital X‑rays, impressions, photos, and/or intraoral scans
• Assisting with charting, treatment notes, and maintaining accurate patient records
• Providing pre‑ and post‑operative instructions to patients
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and supporting the clinical team as needed
• Maintaining compliance with OSHA and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of CA.
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in periodontics, orthodontics and/or oral surgery preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn
