Must Have: Current Health Insurance Customer Experience Experience in migrating test scripts in LoadRunner to NeoLoad Strong understanding of Server, Network, Virtualization, and Database concepts. AWS Migration support (LoadRunner to Neoload) Discipline 1 5 years in Perf. Testing Discipline 2 Required: Tricentis NeoLoad and LoadRunner Required Skills Bachelor of Science (BS) in a technical discipline (i.e., Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Science, etc.) 5 to 8 years of experience with Tricentis NeoLoad's functionality, technology, scripting capabilities, and features for designing and running load tests, including: Ability to write scripts to automate test cases and integrate NeoLoad into CI/CD pipelines Experience in migrating test scripts in LoadRunner to NeoLoad Experience in integrating NeoLoad with Selenium to combine real browser-based testing with protocol-level load testing, enabling end-to-end performance validation. Experience in performance testing concepts and techniques, types of system performance tests and their goals Experience with the following performance testing toolsets: OpenText Performance Center / LoadRunner, Datadog Experience with at least 2 relational database management systems (e.g., DB2, Oracle, MongoDB) Experience with Jira Proven proficiency with: SQL and PL/SQL Strong understanding with system and application monitoring concepts Strong understanding of Server, Network, Virtualization and Database concepts. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile processes, quality assurance life cycle and testing methodologies Preferred: Healthcare Insurance Industry exp.
