Come join our beautiful downtown Edmonds Allstate Insurance Agency near the waterfront We're growing and looking to add two Entry-Level Insurance Sales Producers to our team.
No prior insurance experience is required — we'll train you for success

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $36,000 per year
- Commission: Up to 19% (unlimited income potential)
- Health Insurance
- Paid Time Off: 12 days per year + holidays
- 401(k) Retirement Plan: 5% company match after six months
- Bonuses, trips, and contests throughout the year
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls and close new business
- Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on quotes
- Master our proven Allstate sales process (full training provided)
- Provide excellent service to existing clients
- Maintain positive relationships and contribute to a team-oriented culture
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality — enjoys working with people
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Positive, goal-oriented attitude
- Must complete a Sales Fit Assessment to be considered
Additional Details
- Must obtain a Washington State Personal Lines Insurance License within two weeks of accepting the position (approximately 20 hours of study time).
- Licensing fees are paid by the agency.
- No prior insurance experience required — we'll provide all the training you need.
