11:00 AM - 4:00 PM Fridays
**$2.00/hr shift differential added to base pay listed**
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Pick, kit, deliver and transaction into system orders for user departments. Count and deliver floor items, shortages and picks from material requisitions and as requested to designated areas.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Kit jobs for assembly departments and enter transaction.
- Fill material requisitions and deliver parts to designated areas.
- Manually count or utilize electronic counting scales to count and deliver floor items.
- Provide service at stockroom window as requested.
- Stock newly received parts as requested by storekeeper and or Weymouth receiving.
- Return over-issues returned by assembly.
- Assist in taking of physical inventory.
- Assist with material movement as required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with scrapping of obsolete materials.
- Operate company vehicles.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school degree with basic math knowledge.
- Three (3) months to one (1) year of work experience.
- Must be capable of lifting 5-25 lbs. on a continuous basis.
- Must be able to operate a pallet jack.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Required to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Combination of Manufacturing and Office environment.
- Regular exposure to noise, dust, heat, cold and odors.
