Closing Date: 12/10/2025 Type of Position: Student Athlete Health and Wellness Workstudy Position: No Job Type: Regular Work Shift: Day Shift (United States of America) Sponsorship Available: No Institution Name: University of Arkansas, Fayetteville Position Summary: The Sr. Associate Director of Strength & Conditioning will assist the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach with all aspects of the football training program. This individual will assist in planning and implementing a program to fulfill the goals of the Head Football Coach in conjunction with the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach. This position will monitor daily workouts for conditioning and fitness of student‑athletes; document exercise prescriptions, intensity, volume and duration for athletes. Additional Duties: Regular, reliable, and non‑disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
