Job Description You are a Talent Acquisition (TA) recruiter with demonstrable experience leading full lifecycle recruitment and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will be comfortable operating domestically & internationally, working as part of a virtual team, and engaging stakeholders seamlessly. Experience in an agency and/or in‑house TA team and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, diverse environment are essential. Passion for the work, high quality, detail orientation, process optimization, creative solution‑building, and strong business partnering skills will be vital. Ideally you have experience in technical recruitment within the insurance industry. This role is based in our Boston, MA office and offers a flexible hybrid work model. Responsibilities • Within our Talent Acquisition CoE, you will play a key role in shaping business lines as we continue our enterprise transformation to enhance the client experience, drive revenue growth, and innovate. • Partner with key stakeholders to provide a full‑cycle TA service, addressing real‑time needs and pipeline/succession requirements. • Shape the future of Verisk by delivering best‑in‑class talent to your portfolio of business lines while ensuring inclusion is a core value of the talent agenda. • Serve as a true talent advisor by managing challenging or niche searches, educating stakeholders on market conditions, transferable candidate skill sets, and best‑in‑class interview processes. Qualifications At least 1‑3 years of experience in recruitment, either with an agency or in‑house/corporate TA team. Passion for the work and consistent high quality that sets you apart from peers. Strong attention to detail and drive to optimize processes for efficiencies. Energetic about asking questions and thinking creatively to develop innovative talent solutions. Influencing and flexible engagement style that supports growth and success of the company. Experience working with large B2B organizations with complex hiring needs is ideal. Proficiency in operating recruitment efforts in applicant tracking systems.
