Base Pay Range $45,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr As an Associate Consultant, you will find, interview and qualify job seekers for permanent roles with companies and organizations in your local market. Your day will be spent engaging with people over the phone, via email and in person. You will build strong relationships with job seekers by coaching them throughout every step of the job search process – from resume editing tips & tricks to interview pointers, post‑interview breakdown and accepting a new position. In the time not spent finding the next great candidate, you will meet with your team to discuss open positions, post advertisements and learn to utilize online sourcing tools and resources. Responsibilities Identify prospective candidates via job board search tools, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals and professional networking. Interview prospective candidates. Prep candidates for interviews with client companies—review resumes, discuss client needs, conduct mock interviews. Deliver the good news—extend job offers and manage the offer process for candidates. Maintain relationships with placed candidates to foster referrals and additional business opportunities. Proactive cold calling to identify prospective candidates and clients; set a foundation early by reaching out to as many as possible. Requirements Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to listen, understand, explain and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. A genuine love for working with people. Strong self‑motivation and the discipline to make 100+ calls and continue beyond the 100th call. Confident exercise of discretion and independent judgment regarding businesses and people. Leadership skills and a competitive drive, demonstrated in sports, academics or other goal‑oriented arenas.
