Job Description: Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, policies and procedures, and monitoring administrative projects for the Capital Markets group. Ideal candidate possesses superior organization skills with the ability to multi‑task. Successful candidate must have a good understanding of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures associated with commercial real estate. Key Responsibilities Provides administrative support by performing tasks to ensure efficient group operation. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Manages scheduling of internal and external meetings. Makes travel arrangements and manages expenses for senior staff. Coordinates review and execution of legal documents. Assists with maintaining group file system. Assists with market research and special projects, as needed. Exhibits professional communication via phone and email. Creates and revises systems and procedures to resolve administrative issues and increase efficiency. Provides information by answering questions and requests. Qualifications Four‑year college degree; experience in legal (i.e., paralegal) or similar field of study preferred. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (internships will be considered). Ability to work both with a team and independently, with minimal guidance. Strong computer skills required, including advanced Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and oral presentation skills. Reporting skills; administrative writing skills. Managing processes, organization, and analyzing information. Problem solving; supply management; inventory control. Professionalism and strong verbal communication. Role will be in an in‑office work environment.
