Staffmax is assisting our client in hiring a motivated Accounting Clerkfor a 4-month contract. This role is perfect for someone with a background in finance who wants to expand their experience in a fast-paced environment. Contract length : 4 Months Location : Anaheim, CA Key Responsibilities : Assist with data entry for accounts payable and receivable Perform account reconciliations and maintain ledgers Support month-end and year-end closing procedures Prepare and process expense reports and invoices Maintain filing systems for financial records and documents Assist with basic payroll and bank deposit tasks Requirements : Previous accounting or finance experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Diploma or coursework in Accounting or Finance is an asset This is a great stepping stone for a junior finance professional who wants to learn and contribute.
