Office Manager

 $55,000 - $65,000 annually

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives on keeping operations running smoothly? Our client is seeking a hands-on Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative functions while managing billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes. This is a fully in-office role offering a supportive environment, strong team culture, and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee general office operations and ensure daily administrative tasks are completed efficiently

  • Manage full-cycle billing, AP, and AR processes including invoice entry, payment processing, and account reconciliation

  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end close reporting

  • Serve as the point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal departments

  • Support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and other administrative needs

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in office management or a similar administrative/accounting role

  • Strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and billing procedures

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
