Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives on keeping operations running smoothly? Our client is seeking a hands-on Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative functions while managing billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes. Key Responsibilities-
Oversee general office operations and ensure daily administrative tasks are completed efficiently

Manage full-cycle billing, AP, and AR processes including invoice entry, payment processing, and account reconciliation

Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end close reporting

Serve as the point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal departments

Support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and other administrative needs

3+ years of experience in office management or a similar administrative/accounting role

Strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and billing procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
