As a key position within the Plant Management Team, they drive innovation, quality, and cost-effectiveness through strategic leadership and cross‑functional collaboration. This includes leading a team of engineers, process technicians, tool room team members, and maintenance technicians while facilitating cross‑functional collaboration with Safety, Quality, R&D, Production, Corporate Engineering, and Operational Excellence, and serving as a technical resource for troubleshooting and problem‑solving complex manufacturing issues.
