LaSalle Network is hiring for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer on behalf of a leading manufacturer in Whitewater, Wisconsin. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing industrial manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production, high-quality products, and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and support consistent product quality. Analyze workflows, equipment layouts, and resource utilization to enhance overall production performance. Estimate production requirements such as labor, time, and cost to support planning and decision-making. Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules that align with organizational priorities. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to define requirements and support the purchase of materials, equipment, and tooling needed for manufacturing activities. Ensure suppliers meet expectations for quality, cost, and delivery. Maintain clear and accurate documentation related to processes, specifications, engineering changes, and project updates, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree 4-6 years of relevant engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering Injection molding experience preferred This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity and will require a fully on-site schedule Monday through Friday based in Whitewater, Wisconsin. The base salary range is between $100,000-$120,000 annually.
