Base pay range $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr Location and status Minneapolis, MN Job summary Process Engineering/Process Control Exp needed. The ideal candidate possesses both a high level of technical expertise and an innate passion to build. You will play a critical role in creating and refining processes in order to improve manufacturing safety, quality, and productivity. Responsibilities Provide test and manufacturing support for Ring Laser Gyro (RLG) and Tactical Guidance Products (TGP) production. Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, product health trends and drive yield improvements. Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices. Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitate issue identification and analysis. Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions. Assist development of new products. Support knowledge for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow. Facilitate a self-driven work force culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals.
