The responsibilities will include managing parts and service operations at the facility. The candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills as well as the ability to manage and motivate a large, diverse workforce. This position is responsible for the financial and operational performance of the store, along with driving parts/service revenue within the store’s trading area. Success will be measured by various performance metrics. Basic Duties

Provides management oversight and direction of the Parts and Service operations of the Construction Division’s store and trading area. Manages and engages the workforce to provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction through high team morale and job satisfaction. Maintains the facility, equipment, and resources in a high state of cleanliness and repair. Ensures compliance with OSHA, MSHA, EPA, DOT, and other relevant laws regarding business, environmental, health, safety, and human resources regulations. Develops effective working relationships with customers, Caterpillar representatives, peers, employees, and union representatives. Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of earthmoving equipment business operations, preferably Caterpillar, and the ability to manage a diverse workforce. Experience in roles with direct responsibility for hiring, employee relations, and profitability. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required. Excellent computer and organizational skills. Willingness to travel for trade shows, training, and customer events. Willingness to work seasonal hours and overtime as needed. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, with no more than 2 minor violations in the past 3 years and no major violations in the past 5 years. Posted Salary Range

USD $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

This position primarily operates in an office environment. May involve sitting at a desk for extended periods, answering calls, and using a keyboard. May require walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Safety equipment may be required. Noise levels are moderate to low.
