Senior WW Specialist Solutions Architect – Amazon Connect (Contact Center Solutions WFM, CRM), AWS WWSO Apps This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. The Amazon Connect Specialist Team focuses on deep CX and Enterprise Contact Center domain expertise, working directly with customers to solve complex challenges and accelerate adoption of AWS services. Key Responsibilities Provide customers with deep technical expertise in the domain to advance adoption of AWS products. Collaborate with specialist, sales, marketing, and product teams to ideate around customers’ most challenging business problems. Act as a trusted advisor to line‑of‑business and C‑suite leaders. Lead architectural reviews and workshops to advance customers’ technical objectives. Serve as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public‑speaking events. Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS and participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud. Provide data and anecdotes on what is working and what is not back to the specialist community and product teams; act as primary point of contact for urgent customer issues in your technical specialty. Basic Qualifications 8+ years of specific technology domain experience (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics). 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructure. 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in software or Internet industries. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience. Knowledge of SAP systems and their architecture and infrastructure needs. Experience working with end‑user or developer communities. Experience managing relationships with SAP customers and partners. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud ERP and Cloud ERP Private. Experience in SAP clean‑core design concepts, including design and build using non‑SAP technologies in domains such as generative/agentic AI and data & analytics. Benefits Competitive base salary ranging from $138,200 to $239,000 per year, dependent on location. Equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be part of the total package.
