Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 base (depending on experience) + Bonus eligible

Key Responsibilities (Financial Analyst):
- Analyze and interpret financial data to guide business decisions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally to monitor key financial xrczosw metrics
- Assist leadership with financial modeling and ad hoc analysis
Qualifications (Financial Analyst):
- 3+ years in a financial analyst or similar role
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proficient with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and financial reporting
