What You'll Do
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Assist with month-end close and financial modeling
- Provide data-driven insights to operations and finance leadership
- Help identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate accounting
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience in agriculture or manufacturing is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills
