ACRS promotes the health and well-being of Asians and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islanders (A&NH/PIs) and other communities through responsive community-based services. Benefits Pay range $75,000 to $84,100 annually with potential increases after 6 months. 100% employee-only HMO/Virtual Plus medical benefits. Vision insurance at a minimal cost. Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars for CEO and Deputy Directors, coordinating travel, internal deadlines, and external commitments. Organize and host agency meetings (Managers & Supervisors, All Staff, Leadership Team, Executive Team), develop agendas, distribute materials, and ensure follow-up. Prepare daily briefing materials for CEO and Deputy Directors, summarizing schedules, priorities, and critical updates. Maintain systems supporting executive workflows, tracking priorities, and follow-up items, supporting special projects and cross-departmental initiatives. Qualifications Three or more years of administrative support experience, at least two years supporting senior executives or comparable leadership. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Detail-oriented, accurate, strong organizational, communication, and writing skills; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication with professionals of diverse ethnic and professional backgrounds. Experience working in a culturally and linguistically diverse environment highly desirable. Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings. Interest in social services, public policy, and community organizing preferred. Ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate sound judgment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and other web-based applications. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (personal or agency vehicle). Working Conditions The position requires regular mobility within the office, may involve sitting for extended periods, handling objects or tools, and occasional lifting up to 10 pounds. This hybrid role is divided between remote (40%) and on-site (60%) work. Noise level in the on-site environment is moderate.
