Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Accounting Officer, located in Aberdeen, SD. The Chief Accounting Officer will oversee financial reporting, prepare and analyze financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards. Additional responsibilities include leading the company's financial strategy, managing accounting operations, and collaborating with other departments to achieve financial goals. The role also involves supervising accounting teams and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial performance.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting
• Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
• Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), preferred but not required
• Proven leadership experience in managing accounting teams and departments
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Experience with financial strategy development and policy compliance
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in financial software and related technologies
