Chief Operating Officer – Printing & Packaging

Employer: Talent Guide USA (Owner and Founder – 20+ Years Experience)

Base pay range: $200,000 - $350,000 per year

Location: Relocation required within 3 years (no remote)

Employment Type: Full-time, Executive

Responsibilities

• Provide full control of a fast-paced manufacturing organization, driving growth and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase productivity and process improvements.
• Oversee full P&L, analyze, report, and act on financial data.
• Lead a large manufacturing organization of 800+ employees and manage key operational metrics.
• Coordinate the integration and optimization of ERP systems.

Qualifications

• $150+ million yearly total revenue experience; multiple plant experience preferred.
• High‑volume manufacturing with custom products and finishing.
• Paper – Printing – Converting – Direct Mail, Packaging, Labels, Cards (plus).
• Full P&L experience with SGA; ability to compile, analyze, report, and act on the numbers.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and GMP principles.
• Experience leading large 800+ employee organizations.
• Experience rolling out and adapting ERP systems; Monarch experience a plus.
• Ability to analyze labor, productivity, throughput and manage by the numbers.
