Join our team as a Sales Associate, where your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone. If you're passionate about helping customers make informed purchasing decisions, this role is perfect for you!
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers in selecting merchandise by highlighting the features and benefits of each product.
Participating in training programs to gain valuable product and sales knowledge.
Promoting and selling extended service protection and installations for selected items.
Recording sales in our Point of Sale system, managing details such as customer information, product specifications, pricing, and order status.
Following up on open orders until completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
Encouraging customers to apply for our P.C. Richard and Son credit card and processing applications efficiently.
As a Sales Associate, your earning potential is significant, with average annual earnings ranging from $48K to $80K, and top performers exceeding $100K. New hires will undergo a two-week paid training program that covers essential corporate culture, sales techniques, product knowledge, and how to use our internal systems.
