Our team at International Paper in EightyFour, PA is looking for a multi-skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician who has good problem solving and troubleshooting skills for our midnight shift. Key Functions: Knowledgeof mechanical equipment operations, hydraulics, diagrams, preventative maintenance, and the operation of tools, including hand tools, power tools, welders, etc. In addition, an electrical background with wiring, schematics, PLC's and circuit troubleshooting. Duties include: • Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, modifying, replacing, and installing plant mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems for all plant equipment. • Performing work necessary to maintain a variety of control systems and electrical equipment used in manufacturing. • Responsible for preventative maintenance of equipment. • Be able to read and understand mechanical prints, AC/DC motors, pneumatic diagrams, and hydraulic diagrams. • Performing fabrication of equipment (welding both arch and gas) to desired needs. Be able to make adjustments to equipment to improve productivity. • Operating all types of hand tools (i.e. drill press, grinder, wire brush, acetylene torch, etc.) normally found in a maintenance shop Compensation ranges from $29.81 to $34.22 depending on knowledge and experience.
