As a Client Support Associate, you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with a financial advisor. You will be the first voice clients hear when they call and the first face they see in the office. Your main responsibility will be to understand your clients so well that you can anticipate their needs before they even arise. The primary duty of the BOA is to provide administrative support to one or multiple financial advisors. Role Highlights: Delivers exceptional, personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed. Takes an active role in annual business planning to develop strategies for growth.
