$35,360 - $62,500 yearly Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed Manage other maintenance requests as required Qualifications:
Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems 2+ years of maintenance experience Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends About Company We are a young family that has recently relocated to Watkinsville.
