The Opportunity

As the Director of Sales and Partnerships you will interface and partner with C-level Executives and Directors to progress overall business development and key goals across the company by supporting both the direct sales channel as well as partnership channel. You demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly. You think critically, solve problems effectively, exemplify our core values and practice our guiding principles. This role is instrumental in driving new business for our consulting practice.

Lane Four is expanding our US footprint and looking for two high-impact Director of Sales & Partnerships to accelerate growth across both our direct sales and partner channels.

What You'll Bring

  • Preferably based in the Greater Denver area to allow for regular in-person engagement with local Salesforce teams, rather than a fully remote relationship
  • Proven track record of driving new business and exceeding quota
  • An understanding of the Salesforce.com ecosystem and partnership program to drive co-selling motions
  • A strong network you can focus on to build your pipeline
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to understand customer needs and demonstrate how the Lane Four product can solve their needs
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Positive and determined, able to work independently to reach goals
  • You’re comfortable traveling and enjoy connecting with people
  • Experience with professional service sales is an asset

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle for new business and expansion opportunities
  • Generate outbound opportunities through your established network and smart, targeted prospecting
  • Manage a healthy, transparent pipeline in Salesforce and provide consistent weekly revenue updates
  • Deliver QBRs with existing customers to drive retention, identify whitespace, and uncover expansion potential
  • Present Lane Four’s POVs, offerings, and solutions to both prospects and customers with clarity, confidence, and credibility
  • Confidently work mid-market and enterprise-level deals ($100K+), including multi-stakeholder cycles
  • Actively build and deepen relationships with Salesforce partners and teams
  • Generate steady partner-sourced opportunities by showcasing Lane Four value, success stories, and specialization areas
  • Plan and attend engagements of different scale such as Salesforce events, co-selling sessions, partner dinners, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and represent Lane Four
  • Partner closely with Delivery, Project, and Account leaders to stay current on customer health and opportunities
  • Translate customer needs into clear scopes, proposals, and value-driven solutions in collaboration with our architecture and consulting teams
  • Bring a consultative mindset to every conversation, focusing on solving real business problems
  • Bring thought leadership to internal and external conversations, including presenting Lane Four’s unique approach to relevant technologies and business challenges
  • Travel as needed across North America for client meetings, Salesforce events, and partner activities
