Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

We're partnering with a well-established, precision manufacturing company with over 70 years of impact in defense, aerospace, and medical technology . Backed by a global aerospace group since mid-2024, this organization is entering a dynamic growth phase and seeking top early-career engineering talent.

We are hiring a Design Engineer to join their team in Palo Alto, CA . This is a full-time, onsite position ideal for recent grads or early-career professionals who are eager to tackle hands-on design, development, and production challenges.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the design and production of RF-based and high-voltage electronic devices
  • Contribute to mechanical and RF design, analysis, and testing
  • Participate in all stages of product development — from concept to manufacturing
  • Identify design improvements, cost reductions, and yield enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions from engineering to production
  • Develop engineering documentation and work instructions to support product quality and efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement in both product and process design

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering
  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (internships and co-ops welcome!)
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
  • Experience with Solid Modeling Software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD/Autodesk) and process simulation tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for innovation, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000
