We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Odessa, Texas. This long-term contract position requires someone who is highly organized, attentive to detail, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion. Responsibilities:
• Review, proofread, and ensure the accuracy of contracts and other confidential documents.
• Coordinate and complete personal and task-related errands while managing task lists effectively.
• Maintain and organize complex schedules, calendars, and travel arrangements.
• Act as a gatekeeper for sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Prepare detailed reports, correspondence, and essential documentation with precision.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships.
• Provide support in project management, including tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as directed by leadership.
