Key Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive material transactions for electrical equipment, including purchase requisitions, order creation, receiving, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Partner with material managers to validate demand signals and align with supply strategies.
  • Monitor order statuses and proactively resolve discrepancies in pricing, quantity, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain precise procurement system records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ordering and invoicing processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional or military experience.
  • 1+ year of working with computers and Microsoft Office products.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Work 40 hours per week, including overtime as required.
  • Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • 1+ year of procurement, purchasing, or supply‑chain related work in a procurement organization.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, Oracle, SAP).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with end‑to‑end project management.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure, manufacturing, or construction projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills focused on process accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
