Essential Job Functions

• Inventory Management: Participate in regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Goods Handling: Safely load, unload, pick, and store products in designated areas.
• Procedure Adherence: Follow company standard operating procedures for accuracy and efficiency.
• Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely; report equipment issues promptly.
• Order Preparation: Prepare and pack goods for shipment, ensuring orders are complete and on schedule.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to optimize warehouse operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in training to enhance skills and efficiency.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks and work mandatory overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Skills: Basic understanding of warehouse operations; able or willing to learn forklift operation; strong organizational abilities.
