Swoon Staffing is hiring: Warehouse Logistics Coordinator in Parsons

Swoon is actively hiring a Logistics Coordinator to join the team!

What will your day-to-day will look like?

·       Coordinate all outbound shipments, including labels, packing lists, freight scheduling, and proactive customer updates.

·       Manage inbound vendor deliveries, track material accuracy, and communicate delays or discrepancies.

·       Support daily warehouse operations including inventory movement, order staging, and cycle counts.

·       Partner closely with production, customer service, project management, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow.

·       Maintain accurate logistics documentation, shipping schedules, and tracking records while prioritizing deadlines.

·       Build strong, positive relationships with customers, carriers, and vendors—representing the company with professionalism and charisma.

·       Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance logistics speed, accuracy, and visibility.

What’s Required

·       1–4 years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, warehouse coordination, or manufacturing operations.

·       Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and customer-focused professionalism.

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, solve problems quickly, and stay composed under pressure.

·       Proficient with basic computer tools (Excel, email, shipping software) and able to work onsite Monday–Friday in Parsons, KS.

·       Preferred: Experience in manufacturing/warehousing, WMS familiarity, freight coordination, or inventory control/order fulfillment.
