Position:Warehouse Coordinator
Shifts Available:3PM- 12 AM or 11 PM - 8:00 PM (must be open to working weekends and overtime)
Pay Rate:$19.00/HR
Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D, Vacation, Flex, Holiday, Telemedicine.
Requirements:Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Your Role: As an Onsite Coordinator, you will be the key to ensuring efficient warehouse operations and a safe workplace. You will maintain open communication with client management, supervise employees, and deliver seamless customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee attendance and punctuality of employees
- Lead and manage warehouse team with professionalism
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Handle workers' compensation and injury events
- Conduct safety meetings and safety walks
- Certify employees on Material Handling Equipment
- Manage timekeeping for employee hours
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Issue disciplinary actions when necessary
- Keep the employee database updated
- Undertake additional tasks as directed
What We Require:
- High School Diploma/GED minimum
- Warehouse/distribution experience preferred, not required
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
- Strong client service and relationship skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
