Allergy and Asthma Associates is seeking an Entry-Level Medical Receptionist to join our team in San Jose. As a key member of our Hospital/Health Care industry, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced medical office setting. Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
  • Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the medical team

Requirements:
