Responsibilities

- Complete cable and wiring harness assembly according to IPC-620
- Interprets assembly drawings, wire lists, and schematics
- Proficient with equipment and hand tools, soldering irons, wire strippers and crimpers
- Practical knowledge of basic electrical circuits, equipment and practices
- Might supervise production process and help improve efficiency
- Completes required paperwork accurately
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School graduate or higher
- Mechanical ability and knowledge with production equipment
- Soldering Skills
- Molding skills preferred
- Ability to read drawings and wire schematics
- Clear understanding of the English Language Read, Write and Speak
- Strong knowledge of IPC 620 standards
